Miche Race DX Wide Profile Bolt Thru Disc Wheelset for Campagnolo

The Race wheel program has expanded to meet an ever-increasing range of intended uses, starting from the very beginning when deciding on the materials to construct the wheels. The wheels needed to build upon the characteristics that made the Race program so popular in the first place, ensuring comfort even under intense use.

The light alloy, medium profile rims provide the necessary aerodynamics for use in races. These rims, along with the light alloy hubs featuring sealed bearings, ensure reliability and excellent smoothness in any condition. The new rim profile has been carefully designed to deliver high-end rigidity and reactivity.

The new Race DX model has been thoroughly studied and developed for the assembly of disc brakes, with the rim profile engineered to provide excellent rigidity and reactivity. This model weighs in at 1846 grams.

The hub specifications include a steel bolt-thru axle and Miche-branded bearings, with an aluminum 6061 T6 hub body. The disc fitment is centre lock, though the lockring is not included. The freewheel body is made from AL 7075 T6, and the rear axle is 142x12mm, with a converter available for 135x9mm compatibility.

The freehub is compatible with Campagnolo 9/10/11/12 speed cassettes. The rim specifications include a lightweight alloy construction, with an aluminum CNC braking surface. Both the front and rear rims have a height of 30mm and a width of 23mm, making them tubeless compatible (a conversion kit is sold separately).
